This movie is rated PG, and has a runtime of 81 minutes. This program is intended for all ages.

Tommy Terrific presents A Magical Dinosaur Dig! With the help of the Magician’s Handbook, participants will help guide Tommy on a magical journey back to the age when dinosaurs roamed the Earth. Young explorers will encounter incredible dinosaurs, such as the mighty T. Rex and the powerful Triceratops, while discovering fun and fascinating facts about these amazing prehistoric creatures.

*Recommended for children ages 4–11

Join us at the Barbara Bush Branch Library to see some bubble science!

Professor Suds is here to create everything from intricate sculptures to monster bubbles in this exciting science show. With music, laughter, and special effects, you and your family will be bursting with fun!

This event will be hosted by our generous neighbors at the Cypress Creek Christian Community Center, or C5. There is no age restriction, so bring the whole family. This event is free with no ticket required.

Join us each day for an art camp! 

Kids will learn and create something brand new each day of the week and get a free field trip to the Museum of Fine Arts Houston on Friday!

Space is limited. Registration for this program is first-come first-serve, but there will be a waitlist.

The program is open to children ages 7 to 12 years old. Parents must register their child in-person at the Aldine Branch Library (11331 Airline Dr., Houston, TX 77037)

Wish You Were Here – Footprints Through Time


When you discover a mysterious suitcase filled with expedition tools, you’ll use your imagination and senses to search for dinosaur fossils! Journey through the jungle, dig for bones at an excavation site, rescue dinosaurs from tar pits, and collect dino eggs—just be careful of the earth-shaking volcano!

Scoops & Sirens is a fun, kid-friendly event at the Evelyn Meador Library hosted by the Seabrook Police Department and Seabrook Fire Department. Children are invited to enjoy a special story time with local first responders, followed by ice cream sundaes with a variety of toppings. Kids will also have the chance to see a real police car and fire truck up close. It’s a relaxed and welcoming way for children to meet community helpers, explore emergency vehicles, and enjoy stories and a sweet treat together.
