This orientation session will introduce participants to Cricut operation and software in the library. This orientation session is mandatory before patrons can schedule time to use the Cricut.

This class is appropriate for ages 8 and up.Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.Registration required.

If you are interesting in Learn Excel 2019 We offer free class where you learn how to streamline data entry with AutoFill. Then, get chart recommendations based on your data, and create them with one click. Or easily spot trends and patterns with data bars, color coding, and icons., The course also teaches you how to add rows and columns and change column widths, how to use copy, cut and paste to save time, and how to print the correct part of your spreadsheet!

Adults! Bring your extra plants or seeds and trade them for something new to grow. This event is also a great opportunity to mingle with other plant lovers, share tips, and chat about your favorite varieties.

General Guidelines - to help keep the swap fun and successful for everyone:

Bring plants in pots that you're willing to give away.All plants must be healthy, pest and disease-free.Please avoid invasive species.Label each plant if possible

Are you interested in continuing your English learning past the basics? Come to the Aldine Branch Library for a free English class for advanced beginner speakers.

Class is once a week on Thursdays from 12 - 1:30 p.m. It is an 8 week session from August 6th to September 24th, 2026.Registration is required in order to attend.
