If you are not a member of the Friends of the Maud Marks Library, you may join at the door for $10. All proceeds will benefit the library.
Join us for a free, 12-week class to help you prepare for your naturalization interview and civics test. An English assessment must be taken for class admittance. Taking this class does not grant citizenship or pay for any application fees. Registration is required as space is limited.
Youth grades 2nd-12th are welcome to come learn chess from teen volunteers at the library! Join Andy and friends as they walk you through moves that will get you started and improve your game.

Get creative this summer at the library! Join us for a fun-filled arts and crafts program led by the wonderful mother & daughter volunteers from the National Charity League. Children will enjoy hands-on projects, creativity, and summer fun in this program designed especially for elementary school-aged kids. All supplies provided. No registration required. This program is for children ages 5-11 years old.

Join other babies and their parents or caregivers for a fun-filled weekly Baby Storytime. Each session features gentle songs, rhymes, age-appropriate stories, and interactive play designed to support early literacy and encourage bonding.
This program is specially geared for babies from birth to 18 months and their caregivers. Come enjoy stories, movement, and social time with other little learners!
Youth grades 4th – 12th come to this hands-on decorating program led by Sweet Crumb Bakeshop owner Carmen Lambert. Be prepared to leave with a box of your amazing creations from this popular and favorite MM program! Tickets are required and will be available 30 minutes before the start of the program.
Read, sing, and learn together!
Join us every Tuesday at 10:15 a.m. for this engaging storytime designed for children ages 3–5. Through stories, rhymes, songs, and playful activities, children will build important early literacy skills such as oral language, phonological awareness, and print recognition.
After storytime, children can enjoy a simple craft or coloring activity to wrap up the fun. It’s a wonderful way to support early learning while making Storytime magical at the library!
