Join with other babies and parents/caregivers for weekly story time fun! Tiny Tots uses songs, age appropriate stories, and playtime to engage both babies and their parents/caregivers. This story time is geared towards walkers through 18 months.

Watercolor for “Young at heART” adults meets every Tuesday morning to enjoy watercolor painting while commiserating with fellow artists! This friendly and social group is open to all adults and to all levels of art experience, including those who have never painted with watercolor at all. Sometimes the group works on individual projects and sometimes there is an art education period. Sometimes you will learn something new and sometimes you can teach something to others. Join in for a morning of beautiful art and fun conversation!

Family Place Workshop is an early literacy program that highlights learning through play. During this five-week workshop, parents/caregivers and their toddlers ages 1-3 years, will have the opportunity to participate in play-based learning. Each week of the workshop will also feature a resource professional to answer questions on topics including literacy, child development, nutrition, and speech and language development.

Join Rootsquad Genealogy Group every 3rd Tuesday to stay up-to-date on current family history industry news, hear research tips, learn from genealogy webinars and expert speakers, and share ways to improve research techniques.   We also tell stories, share heirlooms and in general, enjoy talking about anything genealogy related together.  

*This event is for adults only* Join us one Monday each month to make a new craft using items and techniques from the Innovation Lab. For this month's project, we will be learning how to make custom sublimated Halloween stickers using the Cricut and Heat Press.

*Supplies are limited; registration is required.

This program will take place in the Meeting Room on the first floor.

Tickets are required and will be handed out at the Children's Desk starting 30 minutes prior. Children must have a ticket to attend Toddler Time.

Pick a book and share it one on one with a furry friend from The Bright and Beautiful Therapy Dogs, Inc.! You can bring a favorite book from home, or select a book from our library shelves and take some time to Paws and Read together!

This program is for kids ages 4-12 and their parents. Registration is required and begins online one week prior. Only the child needs to register.

Bring the entire family to Halloween Trunk-or-Treat! Meet first responders from various fields and see their emergency vehicles. Enjoy games and activities for little ones and adults. Compete to win prizes in a costume contest. Enjoy tasty eats from food trucks and listen to music. Free admission, food truck purchases available.
