Unwind after school Mondays and Thursdays at the library! Chat with your friends, work on homework, and enjoy your snacks.

This event is open to tween and teens only. No registration is required, but space and supplies may be limited.

Are you ready to get crafty? Join us at High Meadows to work on your junk journal or a craft of your own!

Some supplies and materials are available, but feel free to bring your own, as well. This program is for adults (18+) only.

Book Buddies is a FREE literacy program that brings child and teens together to share the joy of reading. It pairs trained teen volunteers (Big Buddies) with children in K-3rd grades (Little Buddies).

Each Wednesday for 10 weeks, Big Buddies and Little Buddies will meet to read together and create positive experiences surrounding literacy. By the end of the session, we aspire that all Little Buddies will learn to love to read and form positive associations with reading.

Every Monday at 11:30 AM, hop on over for a delightful Storytime extravaganza! Immerse yourself in a whirlwind of whimsical stories, catchy tunes, and playful rhymes that will bring joy to little ones' faces. Don't forget to bring along your coziest blanket or your snuggliest stuffed friend for that extra touch of magic!

Join the High Meadows Library and The Michelle Project for a special Saturday story time! These interactive story times are suitable for all ages and abilities. We’ll explore the world of early literacy through singing, talking, writing, playing, and reading! Each super fun educational adventure is inspired by celebrations and traditions from that month. There's always a free book waiting for you at every session!

Learn the basics, practice, and have fun playing chess in a friendly environment. You can bring your own chess board or use one of ours.

This class is designed for students who are interested in learning and /or practicing speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills in English. Classes are free, and all materials are provided

With an extensive selection of supplies and guided sessions, kids have the opportunity to explore their talents and craft unique masterpieces to take home. Join us every Wednesday at 3:45 PM for an inspiring creative adventure!
