Join us on Wednesdays at 11:00 am for Toddler Story Time! This 30-minute Story Time is designed for toddlers aged 1 to 3 years old. We meet in the children's area to share books, songs, rhymes, and more! After Story Time, the toy cabinets are opened and the children are invited to stay and play. It's a great way to meet other caregivers and give your toddler a chance to socialize.
Siblings are always welcome.
We meet in the children's area where the picture books and campfire rug are located.

A weekly Computer Class for Adult Beginners to discover and improve their skills in this increasingly high-tech age. Every week we learn by doing Word, Excel, Email, PDF, Internet Safety, Google Searches, HCPL resources and more! Must have a library card to attend.

Join us for Preschool Story Time each Tuesday at 11:30 am where we will listen to stories, sing and dance, and do an occasional craft to explore creativity and also help build fine motor skills each week! Our program will be held in the children’s area of the Fairbanks Branch Library. This program is for children ages 3-6. Siblings are always welcome!

If you are looking for a fun and exciting activity for your tween or teen to do this summer, look no further!

Join our Graphic Novel Tween Book Club at the Fairbanks Library. We are located at 7122 Gessner Rd, Houston, TX, 77040.
Pick up a graphic novel at the front desk! We will be reading Four Eyes by Rex Ogle, a funny and feel-good memoir of his sixth grade year. Read about Rex’s journey to fitting in, facing bullies, and suddenly finding out he needs to wear glasses!
