We will create DIY confetti poppers, for everyone to use at their own 4th of July celebrations!

Tweens
Learn Latin Club will introduce elementary Latin and Ancient Roman culture to middle school (4th--8th grade) students. Students will be using the Aequora textbook created by the Paideia Institute, a nonprofit organization for the Classics. Students will participate in activities such as drawing scenes from Greco-Roman mythology and drawing comics with Latin words. Over 60% of English words are Latin-based --- students can expect to gain a deeper understanding of English grammar and vocabulary through interaction with Latin in this program.
Come join Baldwin Boettcher’s Tween Book Club! Each month, we dive into a new book, share our thoughts with new friends, and wrap it up with fun, hands-on activities. For our July meeting, we’re reading Lo & Behold by Wendy Mass.
