Those who complete the orientation will then be able to request supervised time to use a laser cutter at any HCPL branch that has one. Attending this orientation is mandatory before patrons can request time to use a Sublimation printer in the future. This event is open to all ages. Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

Join us for the Monthly Make and Mingle- A hands-on program where creativity meets technology! Each month, adults and teens are invited to explore a new craft or DIY project using in-house maker equipment—including the Cricut, Laser Cutter, and 3D printers—alongside traditional crafting supplies.

Book Buddies is a free program that brings children and teen volunteers together to share the joy of reading. It pairs trained volunteers (Big Buddies) with children in Kindergarten through 3rd grades (Little Buddies). For 10 weeks, the Buddies meet once a week in the afternoon for 45 minutes of one-on-one shared reading.
The Spring cycle of Book Buddies will run from February19th to April 30th. Reading sessions will be in the library meeting room.
This all ages event celebrates everything Pokemon! Trade cards, learn to play, or bring your handheld to show off what Pokemon you've caught.
