Get creative at the library! Join us each month for Kids Create, a hands-on program where kids can explore art, try new techniques, and make something uniquely their own. Each month features a different creative project. All supplies are provided—just bring your imagination!
Recommended for school-age children.
Join us at the Katy Library for Seedling Squad, a toddler story time, from 10:15 am-11 am. This event will take place on the carpet in the children's section of the library. Come dance, sing, and grow while we read books together!

Explore the game of chess by learning about openings, endgames, strategies, and tactics. This class is designed for children ages 5 and up, accommodating both beginners and advanced players.
Free tickets will be distributed 30 minutes before the program at the Children's Reference Desk.
