This introductory course is designed for individuals who are new to computers or have limited experience with technology. The course will cover essential computer skills, including understanding hardware components, operating systems, file management, and basic software applications. Students will learn to navigate the internet, use email, and protect their privacy and security online. Practical lessons will guide learners through the use of popular productivity tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Learn from docents from the Houston Museum of Natural Science about how living organisms are transformed into fossils and discover what fossils reveal about prehistoric life.
