Medicare's Annual Enrollment Period opens October 15, have you enrolled?
Founder and Agent Camille from Family Legacy Plus will be giving a very informational presentation on Medicare enrollment and what to expect. She will answer all of your questions and make you feel prepared. Each attendee will receive a printed handout; light refreshments will also be provided. Seniors 55+ are invited to join the Maud Marks Library’s Timeless Travelers program for a trip to the Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Temple. BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Houston is the first traditional Hindu Mandir (temple) of its kind in North America. It's a haven for spirituality and a place of paramount peace. It is also a center vibrant with social, cultural, and spiritual activities. The bus will be departing on Tuesday, October 20.
Join with other toddlers and parents/caregivers for weekly story time fun! Toddler Time uses age appropriate stories, songs and finger plays to engage toddlers and their parents/caregivers. This story time is geared towards toddlers ages 18 months through 3 years.
Tickets are required and will be handed out at the Children's Desk starting 30 minutes prior. Children must have a ticket to attend Toddler Time.
Join with other preschoolers and parents/caregivers for weekly story time fun! Preschool Story Time uses age appropriate stories, songs and finger plays, and a take-home craft to engage preschoolers and their parents/caregivers. This story time is geared towards kids ages 3-5 years.
Tickets are required and will be handed out at the Children's Desk starting 30 minutes prior. Children must have a ticket to attend Preschool Story Time.
Join us for an interactive early literacy experience for infants and their caregivers. This program is geared toward babies newborn-18 months and features a 20-minute guided story time with songs, a book, and a new baby sign each week, followed by 25 minutes of free play and opportunity for community building between caregivers.
