Houston Grand Opera is thrilled to bring you the Storybook Opera performance of “The Armadillo's Dream." Children of all ages will enjoy storytelling by an opera singer. This program is bilingual in English-Spanish.
Do you knit/crochet/craft? Please join us for our weekly meeting of the Knotty and Nice Club. We meet for 2 hours and socialize while working on our own projects or community charity projects. Texas Sized Pride for America's 250th - Preserving our Heritage: Step into history and discover the people, places, and events that shaped our nation. Through engaging storytelling and vivid illustrations, the exhibit’s display panels and interactive kiosks bring to life the stories behind our country’s founding.
The exhibit will be on display at the Katy Library for the entire month of July, during regular library business hours.
This exhibit is sponsored by the Sam Houston Chapter, Texas Society Daughters of the American Revolution.
Join us for our Tween Book Club! We will discuss the book of the month, have snacks, and enjoy book related activities. This month we will be reading "How High the Moon?" by Karyn Parsons.
