During this class, we will practice gentle movement and accessible meditation techniques that will create more strength, ease, and balance in the body and mind. Gather clippings from our community gardens and then create stunning cyanotype prints using the sun! This UV reactive paper uses sunlight, water, and everyday objects to create blue and white images. Feel free to bring your own leaves and flowers from your garden at home.

A zine is a hand-made magazine or mini-comic about anything you can imagine! Use your imagination and stretch your creativity to express yourself and your ideas through this versatile medium. This beginner-friendly program builds each week with new techniques, so regular attendance is encouraged. All supplies provided.
