Learn how to book time with the Kingwood Library’s Cricut! This orientation session will introduce participants to using the Cricut in the library. Those who complete the class will then be able to request time to use a Cricut at HCPL branches, at which time they will complete a short machine-specific orientation at the location of their choice. Attending this orientation is mandatory before patrons can request time to use a Cricut.

This event is open to those ages 13 and older. Teens ages 13-16 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

Those who complete the class will then be able to request time to use a vacuum former at HCPL branches, at which time they will complete a short machine-specific orientation at the location of their choice. Attending this orientation is mandatory before patrons can request time to use a vacuum former.

Bring your broken items to our Repair Café, where various volunteer repair coaches are on hand to help repair your items free of charge. "Born to Read" is a weekly story time filled with stories, songs, movement, interactive elements, and sensory play to promote early literacy development for babies and toddlers.
