Join us for our candle painting program!

This program invites you to unwind while designing and painting your own set of tapered candles.

Registration and attendance for patrons ages 18+ only.

The Kingwood Branch Library expresses its gratitude to the Friends of the Library Kingwood (F.O.L.K.) for their support and supplies.

Due to demand, if you have not arrived by 5 minutes after the start of the program, your spot will be released.

Unearth your creativity and create a geode-inspired mug using Canva, Cricut, and the Cricut Mug Press. Participants will customize a design in Canva, cut pre-printed sublimation transfer ink paper using the Cricut machine, and use the Mug Press to transfer their design onto a mug to take home.

Join us at the library for a special edition of Savvy Stichers! Our guest artist Norola Morgan will be coming to the branch to teach us about the historic art of 9 patch quilting. This program is designed for beginners to quilting so if you always have wanted to learn the art, come on in and learn! All supplies will be provided (you can take home your creation as well) and some snacks will be available.

This program is limited capacity. Tickets will be available 30 minutes before the start of the program.

This week, we're gonna host some Water Games, featuring an all out, no holds barred water balloon war.

This program is free and will be hosted outdoors. These games are perfect for elementary school aged kiddos to tweens.

This Storytime focuses on the developmental needs for "Toddlers," specifically children who are walkers AND non-talkers or babblers.

So, seats and attendance for this Storytime give priority to "toddlers, who are walkers & non-talkers.

Families will learn to improve their skills in planning and preparing delicious, nutritious, affordable meals through a presentation and cooking demo. Presented by Harris County Public Health. Registration is highly encouraged.
