In six modules, we will cover the essential concepts of hardware, software, operating systems, and the practical computer skills needed for everyday tasks. Upon completion, students will have a solid understanding of how computers work and how to use them confidently.

Developed by the Arthritis Foundation, this program has been proven to help people with arthritis engage in walking, stretching, and strengthening exercises to reduce pain, increase balance and strength, and build confidence in their ability to be physically active. 

This program is available for people 60 years of age and older with arthritis.
