Whether it's hearts, animals or jewelry, you'll be amazed by what you can do with just those fuzzy little sticks! This hands-on program is sure to offer something for crafters of all ages. Do you have a child in kindergarten through 3rd grade who loves stories—or one who could use a little extra reading support? Harris County Public Library’s Book Buddies is a FREE, fun-filled literacy program that pairs enthusiastic, trained teen volunteers (our amazing Big Buddies) with younger readers (Little Buddies) for 9 weeks of reading adventures!
Reading Sessions begin: Mondays | 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM
Join us on Wednesdays at 11:00 am for Toddler Story Time! This 30-minute Story Time is designed for toddlers aged 1 to 3 years old. We meet in the children's area to share books, songs, rhymes, and more! After Story Time, the toy cabinets are opened and the children are invited to stay and play. It's a great way to meet other caregivers and give your toddler a chance to socialize.
Siblings are always welcome.
We meet in the children's area where the picture books and campfire rug are located.
No registration or tickets required.
Join us for Preschool Story Time each Tuesday at 11:30 am where we will listen to stories, sing and dance, and do an occasional craft to explore creativity and also help build fine motor skills each week! Our program will be held in the children’s area of the Fairbanks Branch Library. This program is for children ages 3-6. Siblings are always welcome!

Join us at the Katy Library for Flower Hour, a preschool story time, from 11:15 am-12 pm. This event will take place on the carpet in the children's section of the library. Come dance, sing, and grow while we read books together!
