Little Sprouts Baby Story Time is a ticketed story time that is every Tuesday at 11 am at the Katy Library. Please make sure to arrive early to receive a ticket. This event is for non-walking babies only. We ask that older children are left out for safety.

What is that you may ask, well it is an annual regional reading initiative that encourages people across Southeast Texas to read or listen to the same selected book during the month of October. This year’s pick is The Librarians by Sherry Thomas. Family Playdate Workshop
The Family Workshop is a five-week program intended for children, aged 5 years and under, and their caregivers. Caregivers and children gather in a room with passive toys that encourage creative play and learning. The sessions will also include a local child expert who will provide information and answer questions and concerns of caregivers on topics related to early child development.
