Celebrate the magic of the season at our Holly Jolly Holiday Party! Join us at the library for festive activities for all ages. Snap a photo with Santa, get creative at our arts and crafts stations, and enjoy a holiday movie with some delicious light refreshments. While you're here, you can connect with local vendors to learn more about valuable community services and even meet some lovable pups looking for homes with Harris County Pets. Admission is free, and memories are guaranteed!
November 17th is Digital Greeting Card Day! To combat the digital aspect of the day, we are going to put Holiday cards out on the second-floor tables in order for the community to write letters to our troops.
All letters will be reviewed before being sent it.
You absolutely do not need to stick around, we will take in cards until the last week of November.

Harris County Public Library’s Book Buddies is a FREE, fun-filled literacy program that pairs enthusiastic, trained teen volunteers (our amazing Big Buddies) with younger readers (Little Buddies) for 9 weeks of reading adventures!

Bring your family to NC's Painting Party to help us beautify our garden area for the holiday season. We will be painting our storage and touching up our Christmas decorations! Be prepared to get messy! " No sign up required. November 7th at 10 am.
Join us for an edible craft! Using graham crackers, candy corn, pretzel sticks, and nutella, create a campfire you can eat!
All materials will be provided. This program is for ages 0-17.
