Join us at the Barbara Bush Branch for a new campaign from Daggerheart!

Come as cowboys and mountain men, drifters and gunslingers to right wrongs and overcome monsters in a wild west filled with elves, dwarves, and mushroom people.

Play in our one-shot adventure using the Daggerheart role-playing game’s Colossus of the Drylands campaign frame. Ages 10-17 No experience necessary. Game will begin at 3pm as part of Barbara Bush Branch Library’s Rodeo Day on Thursday March 19, 2026. Register for your spot today.

Join us at the Barbara Bush Branch Library for Baby Storytime with Ms. Amanda! We will read stories, have tummy time, and sing songs. Look forward to lots of wiggles, giggles, and play. Caregivers are encouraged to stay after to play and build community connections.

Family Playdate Workshop

The Family Workshop is a five-week program intended for children, aged 5 years and under, and their caregivers. Caregivers and children gather in a room with passive toys that encourage creative play and learning. The sessions will also include a local child expert who will provide information and answer questions and concerns of caregivers on topics related to early child development.

T(w)een DnD at the library is a chance to create a character, team up with other players, and dive into epic quests. 

No experience necessary! All levels welcome.

Volunteers will be assisting each on Saturdays from 10am - 2pm between February 7th to April 11th (excluding holidays and library closures.)

Please make sure you bring a driver’s license, Social Security Card, and any relevant tax information for everyone included on the tax return.

Spots are first come first serve and you may want to arrive early as spaces will fill up quickly. For more information, call the library at 832-927-7800.
