Join us for a free, 12-week class to help you prepare for your naturalization interview and civics test. An English assessment must be taken for class admittance. Taking this class does not grant citizenship or pay for any application fees. Registration is required as space is limited.

This beginner-friendly class is for teens and adults who loves to craft! You will use a traditional table-top tapestry loom to make your own woven item. You can choose to make a coaster or a wall tapestry.

Learn how to book time with the Kingwood Library’s Glowforge Laser Cutter! This orientation session will introduce participants to laser cutting and engraving services in the library. Those who complete the class will then be able to request time to use a laser cutter at HCPL branches, at which time they will complete a short machine-specific orientation at the location of their choice. Attending this orientation is mandatory before patrons can request time to use a laser cutter.
In this program, teens are invited to BYOB (build your own buttons, of course)! Draw or create a graphic design via Canva and press buttons with KW library's button maker. All materials and snacks will be provided.
