Bilingual Storytime uses songs, age appropriate stories, and crafts/playtime to engage children and their parents/caregivers.
This program is designed to help promote early literacy skills, support your bond with your child(ren), and hopefully turn your little reader into a life-long reader!

Join us for a 16-week English Class for beginners! If you have not registered for the class, please come 15 minutes before class starts to fill out the registration form on your first day! You can join this class at any time throughout the 16 weeks.

Harris County Public Library’s Book Buddies is a FREE, fun-filled literacy program that pairs enthusiastic, trained teen volunteers (our amazing Big Buddies) with younger readers (Little Buddies) for 10 weeks of reading adventures!
Join us for various Saturdays throughout the month to help us tend to our garden! Even if you've never gardened before you can join us to learn, socialize, and stay active on a lovely library morning. All supplies will be provided by the library!! :D

Register for our 12 Week English classes this Fall! We have classes on different days at different times throughout the week to hopefully meet the needs of all community members. Classes will start in late August or September. To register please come to the library in person to fill out an application at the front desk! Classes are always free and everyone is welcome!
