Join us for Freeman Scribblers, a relaxed, creative space where we’ll explore different journaling styles and techniques for all kinds of writers — from beginners to seasoned journalers.
Some materials will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring a blank or recurring journal and any favorite journaling supplies they’d like to use.
Are you new to using a computer or just want to brush up on the basics? Join us for a hands-on class designed to help you feel more confident and comfortable with computers to complete everyday tasks.

This beginner friendly lesson will introduce participants to various hand embroidery stitches and techniques.
If you knit, crochet or do any other form of needlecraft please join us for the Freeman Needlecrafters. While attendees are happy to help others through the difficult parts of a project, this club is not intended as a class for instruction.
The Galveston Bay Area Scale Modelers Association (GBASMA) is a chartered member of the International Plastic Modelers Society (IPMS).. Club meetings are held monthly to present each other's current projects, share new modeling techniques, answer modeling questions and promote the hobby. We meet 6:30 PM - 7:45 PM on the 4th Monday of each month except for May(meets the week after) and December.(no meeting).

We look forward to showing Tombstone, the 1993 American Western film inspired by real events that took place in the 1880s in Southeast Arizona, including the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral and the Earp Vendetta Ride. This film stars Kurt Russell, Val Kilmer, Michael Biehn, Dana Delany, and Sam Elliott. Rated R for violence, Tombstone lasts 2 hours, 10 minutes. This orientation session will introduce participants to the Digital Media Lab (DML) and its policies and procedures. Attending a DML orientation session is mandatory before patrons can schedule time to use the Digital Media Lab.
This event will take place in the 2nd Floor Computer Lab
