Celebrate Black History Month at Aldine Branch Library with a cooking demo! We will be making a black-eyed pea salad and learning a bit about African American heritage cuisine.

Oldways educates and celebrates cultural heritage diets to promote the healthy, sustainable joys of the “old ways” of eating — heritage-based diets high in taste, nourishment, sustainability, and joy.

No registration needed, but supplies are limited so first come first served.
