This all ages event celebrates everything Pokemon! Trade cards, learn to play, or bring your handheld to show off what Pokemon you've caught.
Book Buddies is a free program that brings children and teen volunteers together to share the joy of reading. It pairs trained volunteers (Big Buddies) with children in Kindergarten through 3rd grades (Little Buddies). For 10 weeks, the Buddies meet once a week in the afternoon for 45 minutes of one-on-one shared reading.
The Fall cycle of Book Buddies will run from September 18th to November 20th. Reading sessions will be in the library meeting room.
Grades 3rd-12th come play our wide selection of tabletop games! Due to early voting, this event will take place in the public library area (not the meeting room).
