This orientation session will introduce participants to Cricut machine capabilities, operation, and use. Completion of this orientation session is mandatory before patrons can schedule time to use the Cricut at Harris County Public Library.

The garage sale will take place from 9:30 AM to 3 PM in the library meeting room.
(Note: The library will not open until 10 AM, but the meeting room will be opened for the garage sale at 9:30 AM.)
At this time, we are unable to accept donations from the public for the garage sale.
Join us for Teen "Bring Your Own Book" Book Club, where you get to choose what you read and share your thoughts with friends! This month’s optional theme is Black History Month, so feel free to bring a book that highlights Black voices, history, or stories that inspire you. Whether you're into fiction, memoirs, or graphic novels, everyone's welcome to join the conversation!

Anyone ages 8-18 can join us on the 1st Thursday of each month at 4:30pm.

Book Buddies is a free program that brings children and and teen volunteers together to share the joy of reading. It pairs trained volunteers (Big Buddies) with children in Kindergarten through 3rd grades (Little Buddies). For 10 weeks, the Buddies meet once a week in the afternoon for 45 minutes of one-on-one shared reading. More information can be found on our website.
