Are you in the 7th–12th grade and interested in volunteer opportunities? Sign up to be a Big Buddy for the Crosby Branch Library! HCPL's Book Buddies program pairs trained teen volunteers (Big Buddies) with children in grades K-3rd (Little Buddies) for 10 weeks of shared reading.
Our next session will run from February 10- April 21. You will meet on Tuesdays from 4:30-5:15 pm to read with your Little Buddy.
This training is mandatory for all interested new Big Buddies.

This orientation session will introduce participants to laser cutter services within the Harris County Public Library system. Those completing the class will then be able to schedule a time to use a laser cutter at HCPL maker locations. This class is appropriate for patrons ages 12 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
