UTMB presents a strength bodybuilding program for ages 60 and up. All exercises are safe for all levels of fitness, and most exercises are seated. Meet for 1 hour, 2 times per week, for 12 weeks, and to get stronger! Participants should bring their own dumbbells and be available to attend at least 14 of the 24 sessions.

**All participants should register with both the library and with UTMB. **

Calling all board game lovers! Whether you’re new to board games, haven’t played them since you were a kid, or are experienced with them, this program is for you! Feel free to bring your own board games if you have some you want to bring in or choose one from our selection. Snacks will be provided.

Whether you've never touched a tile in your life or you've played all kinds of versions, come play American Mah-jongg with us! There will be a table for complete beginners and there will be a table for open play. If you already have a set and you just want to play with people, there will be open tables to play on. All supplies and snacks will be provided.

Developed by the Arthritis Foundation, this program has been proven to help people with arthritis engage in walking, stretching, and strengthening exercises to reduce pain, increase balance and strength, and build confidence in their ability to be physically active. 

This program is available for people 60 years of age and older with arthritis.
