HCPL is teaming up with Oldways Preservation and Exchange Trust to share how traditional Latin American foods can be part of a healthy diet. Join us for a fun and educational cooking class as we explore Latin American culture and sabores.
In this class, Esteban will show you how to make Mayan Pumpkin Dip, a flavorful dish made with pumpkin seeds, jalapeños, fire-roasted tomatoes, lime, garlic, and cilantro. It’s an excellent dip for tortilla chips.
All ingredients and supplies will be provided by the library. Space is limited, so be sure to register in advance.
