This program is recommended for ages 6 to 12. Tickets are available at the Children's desk 15 minutes before the start of the event. Capacity is limited, so please pick up a ticket before visiting with the best good boys.
Family Storytime: Pajama Edition!
Join us for a cozy and fun Family Storytime at the Maud Smith Marks library! Bring the whole family and settle in for a delightful session of stories, songs, and interactive activities perfect for all ages. Wear your comfiest pajamas, and feel free to bring a favorite stuffed animal or blanket for extra snuggly vibes.
Join us for a craft time for our youngest artists! This activity is intended for children ages 2 and up.
Registration is strongly encouraged, so we can get a head count -- we want to have enough materials for everyone who wants to join in on the fun! Depending on weather and mess level, this program will either be outside the library or in the children's section upstairs.

Dr. KayLa believes that through storytelling, we help cultivate self-awareness, self-efficacy, and self-love.

Join us for our bird making craft! Make a toucan, flamingo or color them your own way and make a new bird.
All materials provided. First come first serve basis.
Materials include markers, crayons, paper plates and construction paper.

Discovery Time with Miss Christine is a fun story time for the entire family. Each week we focus on building literacy skills by incorporating the five essential early literacy practices: sing, talk, read, write, and play. These practices support language development, comprehension, and creativity, while also laying the groundwork for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) learning.
