Summer Reading Program
The Freeman Branch Library will offer two summer art classes in June 2025. These classes are intended for children ages 6 to 11 and will take place in the Children’s Department on June 4 and June 11.
These classes are free, and all materials will be provided. Children will learn various art techniques and explore different materials while completing art projects under the guidance of a middle school art teacher.
Speaking English in real-life situations can be intimidating, but it is also one of the most rewarding ways to practice! This is why we want to provide a supportive and friendly environment where students can use the English they know in conversation with others.
Conversation Club is an informal time for adult students to use spoken English together. During this time, students will be able to practice speaking in a low-pressure, supportive environment, build confidence in real-world conversation, and connect with other English learners in the community.
Join us for a special music and dancing Little Explorers with children's musician Andyroo! Our "Little Explorers" program is for preschool age children from 0 - 5 years old and their caregivers.
Sorry we cannot accommodate Daycare groups for this program.
