The Baldwin Boettcher Branch Library hosts English classes for community residents who are interested in learning the English language or improving their English-speaking skills.  Students have the opportunity to practice speaking the English language with their fellow classmates.  We require registration.

Learn the procedures involved in becoming a United State citizen and the information covered on the citizenship examination. We will have eight citizenship classes Register for the classes at www.hcpl.net,or call the library at 832-927-5480 for assistance. Registrants need to speak the English Language.
