Tis the season to be jolly, and what better way than to help others in our community! We are gratefully accepting donations of new and unopened items, such as diapers, baby formula, clothing, toys, small household items, etc. These will be distributed via a "giving tree" that will be set up at the Baldwin Boettcher Library.
Those in need of something from the tree will bring us a leaf from it that lists an available item and will be able to leave with the real item in hand. There will be a limit of 1 item per family per week.
Go nuts for strategy this season! The Chess Nuts club invites kids to cozy up for some winter-time fun with chess and other classic board games. Whether you’re a total beginner or a budding grandmaster, you can learn new tricks, challenge new friends, and get in the holiday spirit with games that warm the brain like chestnuts roasting on an open fire. All levels welcome!
*Recommended for ages 7 to 13
Do you need time to unwind? We know adulting can be hard sometimes, so we have a program for all you adults out there! The Adult Coloring Club meets one Tuesday per month at 2 pm for an hour and a half of coloring, music, and great conversation. It takes place in the conference room of the Baldwin Boettcher Library. No registration is required & all supplies are provided. We look forward to seeing you there!
