You are invited to the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony celebrating the launch of the newest LAWPod at the North Channel Branch Library!
LAWPods are innovative legal resource centers made possible through a partnership between the Harris County Robert W. Hainsworth Law Library, Harris County Public Library, Harris County Attorney’s Office, Harris County Precinct One, and the Houston Bar Association. LAWPods offer free access to legal research tools, virtual assistance, and law library services to help residents navigate legal matters.
Light refreshments will be provided.
Switch 2 Play is a weekly Thursday event at 4:00 PM in the library, where people of all ages can relax and connect through popular games like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Mario Kart World, and Just Dance. All necessary equipment, including the console, controllers, and seating, is provided for a fun and easygoing gaming experience. Whether you're here to unwind, improve your skills, or meet fellow gamers, Switch 2 Play offers a welcoming space to play and have fun.
