Craft your very own mindfulness practice and cultivate gratitude as we build the foundation for a strong emotional awareness in ourselves and others. Bring your curiosity as we practice techniques to help us move through our feelings and into a calm, confident, and kind space.

This program is for kids ages 7-12 and is limited to 12 children. Registration is required and begins one week in advance.

Dance to Learn is a movement-driven workshop led by a teaching artist from Houston Ballet. It helps children develop cognitive and motor skills through dance. Join us for an afternoon of movement and fun!

Note: This program will occur twice (at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM) to allow more kids to participate. The program is the same at each time, so please register for only one.

Love playing the Pokémon card game and discussing all things Pokémon with fellow fans? Join the Pokémon League every first and third Saturday, sponsored by the Magnolia City Pokémon Gym. Bring your favorite deck, play the card game with other fans, trade cards in a controlled environment, and talk all things strategy. This event is open to all ages and skill levels.

Calling all crafters! Show your creative side and join us every second Friday of the month at 2 p.m. in the innovation lab as we get our crafting on! This month, we will be creating Beach Memory Jars. Beach memory jars are a fun and creative way to capture your summer memories and beach trinkets!

Join with other preschoolers and parents/caregivers for weekly story time fun! Preschool Story Time uses age appropriate stories, songs and finger plays, and a take-home craft to engage preschoolers and their parents/caregivers. This story time is geared towards kids ages 3-5 years.

Tickets are required and will be handed out at the Children's Desk starting 30 minutes prior. Children must have a ticket to attend Preschool Story Time.
