Travel with us as we explore the world through art! Enjoy a fun hands-on learning experience through Art History. In February, we'll be celebrating Black History month by learning about the artist Leonardo Drew! Let the adventure begin!

This program is for children ages 6-12 and their parent/caregiver. Registration is required and begins one week in advance.

Join with other toddlers and parents/caregivers for weekly story time fun! Toddler Time uses age appropriate stories, songs and finger plays to engage toddlers and their parents/caregivers. This story time is geared towards toddlers ages 18 months through 3 years.

Tickets are required and will be handed out at the Children's Desk starting 30 minutes prior. Children must have a ticket to attend Toddler Time.

Join us for a live cooking demonstration celebrating African culinary history! We will be learning about African cuisine, history, and culture while making Butter Bean Hummus and Cucumber Salad. This orientation session will introduce participants to 3D printing services within the Harris County Public Library system. This orientation session is mandatory before patrons can schedule time to use the 3D printer. 

This class is appropriate for ages 10 and up. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

We will meet in the Innovation Lab on the 2nd Floor.
