As part of our Pokémon Week celebrating National Pokémon Day, teens ages 12–17 (grades 6–12) are invited to create their own Pokémon-themed Perler bead keychains. Choose your favorite Pokémon, design your keychain, and hang out with other fans. All supplies provided.

UTMB presents a strength bodybuilding program for ages 60 and up. All exercises are safe for all levels of fitness, and most exercises are seated. Meet for 1 hour, 2 times per week, for 12 weeks, and to get stronger! Participants should bring their own dumbbells and be available to attend at least 14 of the 24 sessions.
