Join us for an interactive early literacy experience for preschoolers and their caregivers. This program is geared toward children ages 3-6 years old and features songs, books, and crafts each week!
This program is a wonderful way to promote early literacy, social skills, and kindergarten readiness skills!
Space is limited. Please pick up your free tickets at the Children's Reference Desk the morning of the program to gain entry to Sapling story time.
Calling all anime enthusiasts: test your knowledge and win prizes at Anime Trivia Night! Winners will earn a 3D printed trophy and more. Snacks will be provided. This program is for teens ages 13-18.
Bring your friends and enjoy two hours of free play on Kingwood Branch Library's Nintendo Switch, Wii and PS4! Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart, Just Dance and Madden and more are available to play! Just bring your friendly competition--snacks will be provided.

In this program, teens are invited to draw and carve out their own designs into a rubber block, roll paint onto the design then transfer it to a clothing item or paper of their choosing. Participants are asked to bring an article of clothing they'd like to customize with a block-printed design. All materials and snacks will be provided. This program is for teens ages 13-18.
In this program, teens are invited to BYOB (build your own buttons, of course)! Draw or create a graphic design via Canva and press buttons with KW library's button maker. All materials and snacks will be provided.

Mudpie Company and Kingwood Branch Library have joined forces to host a pottery painting session! Come create a custom painted piece*.
*Once painted, the pieces will be transported to Mudpie Company to be fired in their kiln. Once the pieces have been fired and returned, you will receive an email notifying you that your piece is ready for pick-up.
ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL NEED TO SIGN A PHOTO RELEASE AT THE TIME OF THE PROGRAM.

This class will teach you the basics of Microsoft Word as well as some of the tips and tricks that are needed to create and navigate your documents.
All classes start within five minutes of the announced time; classes are cancelled if no registered attendees arrive within fifteen minutes of announced time.
