Join us to learn Why and How to color your garden with easy, low-maintenance Texas Native Plants.
No registration is required.
Join us for a time of creativity and fun! We will have some supplies for whatever kind of journaling you wish to engage in, from bullet journaling to junk journaling to dream journaling. Snacks will be provided.
This program is presented by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service-Better Living for Texans. This free gardening course teaches soil prep, planting, and harvesting. The instructor will cover selecting plants, planting techniques, maintenance, and other tips. Participants gain skills to grow produce and confidence for lifelong gardening over 6 sessions. All classes will take place on a Thursday evening from 5-6PM.

Savvy Stitchers is a friendly group of crafters of all ages, getting together for fellowship while enjoying their creative hobbies. It is a great way to meet neighbors that have a mutual love for knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, quilting, or other crafts. We all love to learn something new!
Join each Thursday from 1:00 to 3:00PM.
Location: Katherine Tyra Branch Library at 16719 Clay Road, Houston TX 77084.
Join us weekly on Mondays from 2:00PM to 3:30PM to practice speaking English with other intermediate and advanced learners. Please register for the class by filling out a student application at our front desk.
