Join us for a monthly craft at the Jacinto City Senior Activity Center Heritage Hall! These occur at 10 AM and are completely FREE!!!

Join us for a free class to help you prepare for your naturalization interview and civics test. You must complete an English placement assessment to join the class. Taking this class will not grant citizenship or pay for any application fees. Registration is required as space is limited.

Jacinto City Branch Library will host a dedicated homework help time for kids and teens every Wednesday from 4:30pm-5:30pm. Enjoy a quiet space to focus, with librarians available to help guide you and answer your questions. 

The Harris County Public Library system provides free access to helpful resources like computers, printers, and exclusive research tools—all accessible with your library card.

Heading to college is a big step—and we know it comes with tons of questions. That’s why we’re bringing college straight to you!

Join us at the College Prep Panel where current students from University of Houston and Rice University will be at the JC Library to share what college is really like. You'll hear firsthand about  choosing the right college for you, selecting a major, balancing school and life, and everything in between.

We’ll also be joined by a former academic advisor, ready to drop expert advice on how to succeed from day one.

Join us once a month to hang out, listen to music, do crafts, play video games, watch movies, and SO much more! Need to wind down from the school day? This is the perfect place to chill with new friends and do something fun! This program is for teens 13-18 and is completely free!

Join us every other Tuesday at 4:45 to create and build with LEGOs!
We will have the option of LEGO challenges or free build during our building session. At the end of our session you can share and display your creations at the JC Library for the month. 

*This program is for ages 6-12 but siblings are always welcome.

Join us for a 16-week English Class for beginners! If you have not registered for the class, please come 15 minutes before class starts to fill out the registration form on your first day! You can join this class at any time throughout the 16 weeks.
