A delightful, 45 minute, one-woman show that enlists kids from the audience to help perform an original story about a group of butterflies who come together to save their endangered habitat. An eco-friendly tale about the power of a group to work together.

Piece of My Art is a monthly program that occurs typically every second Tuesday of the month at 3pm. Teens and adults are welcome to create their masterpiece through this arts and crafts program. Participants of all levels are can join!

This is a free 10 week course to prepare students for the United States Citizenship exam. Individuals must register for the program in person, and commit to all 10 classes. Classes are in ENGLISH and study materials are provided by us. Following the 10 weeks, students will participate in an 1-1 Mock Interview with the instructor.
Calling all plant lovers! We're having a community plant swap at Galena Park Branch Library!
This is a free event. Selling of plants/cuttings/seedlings is prohibited.
To ensure there is enough space, please do not bring more than 10 plants/cuttings/propagations or seedlings.
Bring unwanted plants, pots, seeds, or other gardening items to swap with other plant enthusiasts.
Guidelines:
Bring an indoor or outdoor plant in a pot you are willing to part with. Pots, seeds, and other plant care items are also great for swapping.
Middle school only. Meet in the computer lab for a social hour with computer & board games.
Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays for a fun after school program for elementary kids. Crafts, movies, and activities await!
Join us for a 5-week workshop focused on promoting early childhood development, parental education and involvement.
Parents/caretakers and their children ages one to three will play, sing, move, and enjoy activities. We’ll provide helpful resources from community professionals.
