Daya Sharma, long-time meditator and national speaker, will explore the healing power of meditation to help transform our lives. Learn how to incorporate this time-tested technique that can improve your life on many levels and provide more peace within. There will even be a short meditation sitting. Join Daya Sharma for this very informative program.
This special Tea Party Story Time will feature light refreshments. Participants will also create their own top hats.
This activity will take place in the Children's Room. Recommended for children ages 3 to 6 years.
Join Naheily for Spanish conversation and classes! This session is designed for beginner Spanish learners and is for adults.
