This orientation session will introduce participants to laser cutting in the library. This orientation session is mandatory before patrons can schedule time to use the laser cutter. This class is appropriate for patrons ages 12 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required.
In this presentation, Lauren Simpson (Certified Wildlife Habitat, Monarch Waystation, Certified Monarch Garden, and Certified Butterfly Garden) explains the importance of bugs for birds, examines how native plants support them both, and showcases some of our easy growing native plants.
Ms. Simpson will also bring free native-plant seeds, harvested from her own gardens, to share with attendees!
This orientation session will introduce participants to Cricut operation and software in the library. This orientation session is mandatory before patrons can schedule time to use the Cricut.
