Each week one of our technology enthusiasts will be available to spend time with you working on your specific tech question. Join us in hosting Ally Medical to teach Community CPR/AED/Choking Rescue and Stop the Bleed Training. 

This training offers a valuable opportunity to acquire essential emergency response skills.

The class typically lasts about 2 hours and includes comprehensive instruction on the importance of chest compressions and AED usage. Participants will also engage in hands-on practice with responsive mannequins and AED devices.

Nurture your strength and mental health with Tai Chi at Parker Williams Library! 

Often described as 'meditation in motion', Tai Chi is a low-impact, slow-motion exercise that helps to strengthen your muscles and relax your mind.
