Autobiografía de Eufrosina Cruz, una activista zapoteca que narra su lucha contra la discriminación de género e indígena en México, desde su infancia en la montaña hasta su rol en la modificación de la Constitución Mexicana para reconocer los derechos de las mujeres y pueblos originarios, inspirando a niñas a soñar más allá de sus orígenes.
Acompáñanos en Junk Journaling, donde usaremos materiales de manualidades y recuerdos personales para crear o trabajar en tu propio Junk Journal. Te proporcionaremos materiales básicos de manualidades y retales, ¡pero te animamos a que traigas tus propios materiales!
¿Qué es Junk Journaling? Es similar al scrapbooking, pero menos elaborado y estructurado. Aquí, usaremos retales y fragmentos de materiales encontrados para expresarnos y preservar recuerdos. Piensa en recibos de compras de un viaje, talones de entradas de cine, un trozo de folleto, etc.
Watercolor for “Young at heART” adults meets every Tuesday morning to enjoy watercolor painting while commiserating with fellow artists! This friendly and social group is open to all adults and to all levels of art experience, including those who have never painted with watercolor at all. Sometimes the group works on individual projects and sometimes there is an art education period. Sometimes you will learn something new and sometimes you can teach something to others. Join in for a morning of beautiful art and fun conversation!

This is a non-leveled ESL class best suited for students with a stronger grasp of the English language as they will take turns reading aloud.
