Falls are the number one mechanism of injury resulting in a visit to HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood's Emergency Department. As a level II trauma center, it is our responsibility and goal to provide our community with education and events to reduce the risk of future injuries. On Your Feet is an educational program identifying risk factors, how to make the home safer, and positive lifestyle choices and health behaviors with the purpose of reducing falls from occurring.

Our relaxed, no-pressure group meets on the second Thursday of each month at 1 PM. Whether you’ve just finished a book or are looking for inspiration, come share or listen in.
