Join the Katy Library for our Family Place Workshop Wednesdays from 10-11:15 am from September 10th- October 8th! This program is designed to be a fun resource for parents & guardians to connect and play with their children, other families, and the greater Katy community. Professionals from across the Katy area will join us each week to provide insight and resources to help inform and support your growing family.

Join Michael, the Octavia Fields Children's Librarian, for storytelling, nursery rhymes, name games, crafts and play time using Family Place approved toys. All activities are for preschool age children. Ages 0-5.
The Friends of the Northwest Branch Library are holding their semi-annual book sale! A whole room of books for all ages, movies, music, and more! Most everything will be $1-$2 and 100% of the money earned at the sale go right back to the Northwest library and help fund our programs. So go crazy, give in to your inner book goblin! After all, it's not an addiction! It's giving back to your community!
