Join us for awesome, themed breakout rooms --if you dare! Use your wits to solve the puzzles and escape the room! Puzzles are suited for ages 12 and up.

Nintendo Switch Extravaganza! Come and join us for a fun-filled day with Nintendo Switch games. This event is designed for ages 12-18, so bring your friends along to compete. We can't wait to see you there!

Bring the whole family to the Maud Smith Marks Branch Library on Saturday, December 20, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM for a cozy afternoon of holiday fun! We’ll be showing the beloved movie The Polar Express—a magical adventure filled with friendship, wonder, and the spirit of Christmas. Enjoy cookies and hot cocoa as you watch and make this heartwarming story part of your family’s holiday tradition!

All aboard for holiday fun! The Maud Smith Marks Branch Library invites you to our festive Holiday Open House on Friday, December 19, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Celebrate the season with live holiday music, a magical ride on “The Polar Express” train, gingerbread cookie decorating, crafts, and holiday treats for the whole family to enjoy. Come share the joy and wonder of the holidays with us at the Maud Smith Marks Branch Library!

Calling our puzzle enthusiasts! Join us on Monday, December 15, at 6 PM to solve puzzles, while sipping on some hot cocoa, listening to holiday music, and making new friends. Relax and enjoy the holiday spirit with your favorite activity.

Join with other preschoolers and parents/caregivers for weekly story time fun! Preschool Story Time uses age appropriate stories, songs and finger plays, and a take-home craft to engage preschoolers and their parents/caregivers. This story time is geared towards kids ages 3-5 years.

Tickets are required and will be handed out at the Children's Desk starting 30 minutes prior. Children must have a ticket to attend Preschool Story Time.
