Geri-Fit is a strength bodybuilding program, most exercises are seated. 

Build bridges, hoop gliders and more! Five different STEM activity stations designed by the Children's Museum of Houston for kids to explore. Participants will also receive passes to the Children's Museum to admit up to six people for free!  Ages 3-7.
