Bilingual Storytime uses songs, age appropriate stories, and crafts/playtime to engage children and their parents/caregivers.
This program is designed to help promote early literacy skills, support your bond with your child(ren), and hopefully turn your little reader into a life-long reader!

Have you ever wanted to volunteer to help the library raise money and support programs? Do you love the library so much you want to know what more you can do for us? Join our bi-monthly friend's of the library meeting! Everyone is welcome to join and contribute to conversations about how to make the library better suited for the Jacinto City community. Think of it as a town hall meeting where we will plan how we want to help the library!

Join us for a free, 12-week class to help you prepare for your naturalization interview and civics test. An English placement test must be passed for class admittance. Students must commit to attending all classes. Taking this class does not grant citizenship or pay for any application fees. Registration is required as space is limited.
Join the Harris County Elections department for a community meeting about all things voting! Are you a new citizen? have you never voted before? you can practice with a REAL voting machine here at the library and ask any questions you have with experts!

Join us for our bi-annual book and movie sale hosted by the Jacinto City Friend's of the Library! We will have more books out than EVER and all of them will be for rock BOTTOM prices. Come check it out right here at the library!!!
Join us to write along to some writing prompts, chat, make friends, and unwind! This program is for adults 18+. A journal will be provided if you don't already have one! No writing experience needed, just an open mind for adopting a new hobby :)
